
Anthony’s Lamb Seasoning
A simple and delicious seasoning for grilled lamb.
Ingredients
- Olive Oil
- Sumac
- Curry Powder
- Granulated Garlic
- Granulated Onion
- 3 to 4 turns Fresh Ground Black Pepper
- Sea Salt
Method
1
Combine all dry ingredients. Coat your lamb with some olive oil. Once nicely coated season the lamb with your rub. Grill your lamb chops to about medium rare to medium depending on your desire. Set aside to rest for about 5 minutes then serve.
