Michael’s Flank Steak Seasoning
A classic grilled flank steak for hot summer nights.
- 2 Flank Steaks
- Olive Oil
- Heavy Kosher Salt
- Heavy Fresh Ground Pepper
Rub your steaks in olive oil, season with heavy salt and heavy pepper on both sides of the meat. Transfer the meat right onto the grill. Cook to medium rare for 5-7 minutes on each side. Let the meat rest for 5 minutes then cut the meat against the grain, lastly serve.
